Delivery Policy

Regional Order
Due to logistic issues, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states at this moment.

Delivery Area

Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas within Klang Valley. Please refer to Delivery Area chart for delivery availability and applicable charges, if any. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional delivery to other states at this moment.

Deliveries for Sympathy and to Funeral Directors

It is very important if flowers are for sympathy that you tick the box on the checkout to let us know this. This will allow us to take extra care with the order and potentially vary how we process your order to absolutely ensure that it gets there. If flowers are going to a funeral, we recommend that they be sent at least a day before the funeral to ensure that any delays do not prevent them getting to the funeral in good time. Also, if flowers are going to a funeral directors’, it is essential that the name of the deceased and the funeral director are both included. If they are not, the funeral director may not accept the flowers. If flowers are not accepted, we will not be able to refund the cost of the bouquet. Please note that we are not able to contact the funeral directors on your behalf to ascertain the times of services.

Receipt of Deliveries

Flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution; the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Delivery Time

– We provide same day delivery if we receive order before 3 p.m (Monday- Sunday). Our delivery period is in between 10.00am to 6.00pm (Monday-Sunday).
– For orders received after 3 p.m (Monday-Sunday) will be arrange to deliver on next day or the date you requested.
– However for any urgent delivery, customer always welcome to call us and we will try to arrange the delivery if possible.

Delivery During Peak Season

During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order TWO (2) days in advance. Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the DELIVER DATE.

Delivery Practice

All orders will be delivered to the Recipient’s address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.
